Shipping Policy

At DaveSquish, every order is hand-painted and finished by me personally, so I want to be upfront about how long things take from order to doorstep.

Processing Time

Since each squishy pumpkin is made and painted by hand, please allow 2–3 business days for your order to be finished before it ships. During busy periods (like the weeks leading up to Halloween), processing may take a little longer — I'll always keep you updated if there's a delay.

Shipping Time

Once your order ships, delivery takes 4–7 business days, no matter where in the world you are. We're proud to offer fast worldwide shipping!

Delivery times may occasionally shift due to customs processing, weather, holidays, or carrier delays outside of our control.

Tracking Information

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking details to update.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — DaveSquish isn't responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you spot a mistake, reach out right away and I'll do my best to fix it before your order ships.

International Orders

Customs fees or import duties may apply depending on your country and are the buyer's responsibility.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package seems delayed, check your tracking info first. If something still looks off, reach out and I'll do everything I can to help track it down.
